Born in 1980, Dax (South of France), Arnaud Faure graduated from LYCOM in 2001 with a major in film & video editing. He opted to channel his passions into pictures and editing.
He started in television and quickly gained recognition as a video editor and graphic artist. In 2005, he directed his first 35mm short film "The Back's Face", a restless wandering in the city with black and white photograms, animated by a Surround soundtrack. The accompanying music was by Radiohead, who gave him their blessing to use their music on his work. This film was officially selected in several festivals.
He directed several commercials and promotional videos, namely Chanel - producing two films for them in the past two years. He likes to be surrounded by luxury, fashion, and design, exploring experimental work made with new programs and new visions.
Arnaud Faure cannot be classified. He is a director, an editor, a graphic artist, a photographer at times all at once. He creates pictures and shapes his style - mixing organic material with the digital world, seeking to create a new harmony between them.
